Reducer efficiency

1. Because high-precision gír, oil seals and bearings are used to effectively reduce friction, the interstage efficiency of gear transmission can reach 97%;
2. In some installation methods, the input stage gear is completely immersed in lubricating oil. For large engine seat number and high input speed, oil mixing loss must be considered.

Service conditions

1. The ambient temperature is – 40~50 ℃ (the lubricating oil shall be heated to above o ℃ or antifreeze lubricating oil shall be used when starting under 0 ℃)
2. Input speed is not more than 2800 rpm
3. It can be used for forward and reverse rotation;
4. No industry restrictions;
